1. General Use
   This site offers handmade goods, print-on-demand products, and career/academic coaching services. You agree not to misuse the site or any part of its services.

2. Handmade & Print-on-Demand Products
   All handmade items are uniquely crafted and may contain minor variations in color, texture, and shape. These natural differences are not defects. Please follow all care instructions listed on the product page. We are not responsible for damage due to improper care.

   Print-on-demand products are fulfilled by a third-party provider (Printful). Fulfillment, shipping, and any applicable returns are subject to their policies.

3. Refunds and Returns

   1. Handmade items: All sales are final unless the item is defective. Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery.

   2. Print-on-demand items: Returns or replacements are only available for misprints, defects, or fulfillment errors. Report within 7 days of receiving your order.

   3. Coaching services: Coaching sessions are non-refundable. You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.

4. Coaching Services Terms of Service
   By booking a coaching session, you agree to the following:

   1. You must be 18 or older to participate.

   2. Coaching services are educational and supportive in nature and do not replace therapy, clinical counseling, legal, or career placement services.

   3. Clients are responsible for their decisions and outcomes.

   4. All information shared during sessions is confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

   5. Sessions must be paid for at the time of booking.

   6. You may reschedule with 24+ hours’ notice. No-shows and late cancellations are not refundable.

5. Intellectual Property
   All content, including designs, photos, text, and logos, belongs to Jasmyn Steele and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
   We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our site, products, or services.

7. Changes to Terms
   We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept those changes.
